Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to drive the acquisition of new clients, identify strategic opportunities, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and improving market presence, ultimately contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Identify and pursue new sales and partnership opportunities
✅ Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
✅ Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and pitches
✅ Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential leads
✅ Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to align growth strategies
✅ Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline via CRM tools
Requirements
✅ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
✅ Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in the financial or corporate sector).
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
✅ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
✅ Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
